Cutting out entire food groups might help you lose weight fast, but ultimately it comes down to mindful portions (aka a caloric deficit) and consistency, so why not eat what you like & also reach your goals?! I’ve spent a good portion of my life following fad diets, restricting foods, looking for a quick fix, and thinking that I only have to change my eating for a short period of time, lose the weight, and that going back to not caring about the shit I put in my body will sustain that weight loss....can we say CRAZY?! Because that’s how I felt... Luckily I’ve found a system that helps me make sure I’m eating ALL THE FOOD GROUPS (@msrachelhollis voice), in the right size portions, and that fuel my body to be the badass beast I am! 💪
Look, there are A LOT of eating styles out there and I hope you can find something that is sustainable for YOU, but if you’re tired of spinning your wheels, watching the scale bounce up & down, and hate missing out on wine dates with girlfriends or French fries because “my diet won’t let me”, then girlfriend I am here to show you another way!
