Blood and Metal Squats.
Coach:"You want the Ammonia?"
Me:"Wait, what? I've never used it for Squats before, you wouldn't let me remember?"
Coach:"Is that a no?"
Me:"Hold up. Let's wait for the 3rd attempt."
A less-than-ideal unwrapped Squats prep, combined with that unfamiliar rig had me a little concerned about how they were going to go. The best I'd managed in the last month or so was a dodgy single at 192.5kg, then failed everything north of that, then started failing south of that too. Not ideal.
Shouldn't have stressed so much, as usual Comp Day makes things just that little bit betterer, and as soon as I started warming up I knew it was going to be ok, rather than anything spectacular. OK is infinitely better than crashing and burning however.

Unwrapped PR up from 200kg over a year ago. Short of my 220kg wrapped but that's expected because science.
